Station 211 is located at 211. S. Main St., Somerset, KY 42501.. We have parking available on the street and out back in our parking lot. The space is wheelchair accessible.
We have an Open House every Friday from 8am to 12pm, which you can invite your friends along to. They can try out the space for free for half a day to see whether it suits their needs. You can also bring friends along to community events.
On hearing the alert tone:
- Be aware that a possible emergency situation exists.
- Check for signs of fire and smoke in your area.
- Move to the emergency exit on your floor.
- If an emergency happens during business hours, follow instructions from the staff member with the yellow hat.
When the alert tone changes to “whoop whoop”, it’s time to evacuate.
- Move to the assembly area situated in Stirling Gardens near Council House Assemble with other people from your floor.
- If directed to cross roads, watch traffic and take care.
- Report any missing persons to the fire brigade or warden.
Tip #1: Introduce yourself online on Yammer, our online forum. Read some existing discussions and get involved and don't forget to mention why you joined and what your interests are! Email sophia@Station 211.com with any issues.
Tip #2: Any time you’re at Station 211, introduce yourself to a person you’ve never met before. The best way is to get involved with some of our Community Events, such as Community Lunch (fortnightly on Wed), Members Breakfast (Monthly on Fridays) and Happy Hour (every Friday from 5pm).

5. How do I update my payment details or find out when payment is due, or if it has been rejected? Are my details stored safely?
If you need to update your credit card details, please log into your account. Then select “payment” and “update payment details” before entering your new payment details. You can also access information on your next payment due date.
We set up an automatic credit card system so it’s easier for you to manage your membership. When you join, your card is registered through Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
You can use our meeting room facilities for meetings, conference calls, workshops, focus groups and more!
To check availability and book a meeting room:
- Select the Booking Calendar (on the side panel) and check availability for the given time.
- Select the Add Booking button at the top of the page, making sure you select the meeting room you want, date and time and a name for the booking.
It’s now booked in and will be automatically billed to your account at the end of the month .
As a member, the system will automatically recognise your discounted rate or credits depending on your membership package.

Lockers are free for permanent members and are available to others members for $20 per month. Locks are not provided so please bring your own.
Speak to a host if you’d like to use a locker.
Tea, sugar and instant coffee, as well as milk and fresh fruit, are available for free in the kitchen area. Coffee pods for the Nespresso machine are available for $2 each (please put the money in the jar) Soft drinks: You can buy cans from the fridge for $2 and put the money in the jar.
- Label your food with your name and date anything you put in the fridge.
- The fridge is cleaned out on Friday afternoon and anything that is over a week old, not labeled or expired will be thrown away.
Please clean your dishes after use and leave them to dry.
Office Hours Start Up Mentoring.
This peer to peer micro volunteer mentoring program gives our members the opportunity to access industry experts for free for advice, brainstorming, learning and feedback. Find a mentor or become one here.
We also have a more intense program called the Intensify Scholarship which is open for all entrepreneurs in the early stage of the development of their project to apply to. The scholarship is designed to give your project a kick start. Intensify would give you unlimited access to the co-working area in Station 211, free mentoring and access to the 450 members of the Station 211 community. RAC Seedspark is a startup accelerator program that provides you the funding and support to get your mobile app off the ground. You will have access to RAC mentors and startup experts to help develop an idea for a mobile app that creates a better WA. A selection panel will award the best ideas seed funding of up to $25,000 and the opportunity to participate in an 8 week accelerator program that will help you take your app from prototype and into the homes of Western Australians. Vocus Upstart is a three month long start up accelerator providing funding and intensive mentorship. Amcom Upstart offers $40,000 in return for an 8% equity stake and includes mentoring, networking and free workspace at Station 211. Founder Institute is a Silicon Valley based start up accelerator and the world’s largest entrepreneur training and start up launch program. Through a structured, 4-month curriculum of weekly training courses and business-building assignments, you graduate the Founder Institute as the founder of an enduring company. Station 211 has also partnered with coworking communities across Australia and globally to give you access to coworking spaces when on the move. We currently have partner spaces in Geraldton, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Hobart and Bali.
All Station 211 members are entitled to one free day of co-working at any of these spaces. Each day thereafter will incur a cost of $30 per day. Please ensure you email the space (emails can be found on the Passport webpage) with at least 24 hours notice if you would like to use this special offer.

We have free wifi for members and events. Members, please see your community host for access. Guests and events can access the wifi through the network “Cuberlicious”.
If you feel comfortable making phone calls with other coworkers nearby then go for it, but please bear in mind the comfort of the members and your noise levels. There are phone booths on both floors to the left of the entrance for your use.
Yes, if it’s a once off. You can invite clients and have meetings in the space but if you have people working with you on a regular basis, they have to be a member. Ask Tom for information about our team coworking packages.
Permanent members may be able to bring their own desks and chairs - speak to Tom first. Coworking members can sit wherever they wish within the coworking space, and move around as often or as little as they like, to what suits them best for their workflow.
Weekdays from 8am to 6pm.
Full time coworkers and permanent members have 24/7 access with a swipe card included in their plan. We also have after hours packages; for more information, contact Tom.
We operate on an honesty system - so no, you don’t need to sign in! If you think you’re using more or less time than your membership allows, chat to Tom about changing your membership plan.
Full time coworkers and permanent desk members may use our address for their business. Other members can enquire with Tom about the virtual office package.
